Cancellation or Changes to booking date:
The way we make holiday plans has changed a lot recently. A lot of things can change at short notice. So, outside of peak times, we have a short 48-hour cancellation policy, with NO DEPOSITS required upon booking. Who wants to be chasing down refunds right?
If you do cancel within 48 hours of the 2pm check in, you will incur a fee equal to the first night’s rate of stay.
In peak times (school holidays, public holiday periods) we have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you do need to cancel within that period, you will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No charge for change of dates but note the cost of your stay will be subject to that new rate at time of new re booking.
Charges
Your credit card will be charged for accommodation costs at time of check in. Other incidentals, food, and drink, will be charged to your credit card upon check out. If you are departing outside of reception hours, we will automatically process the costs to the credit card we have on file. A tax invoice of these charges will be emailed to you.
No show policy:
Oops, you forgot to tell us you weren’t coming. Unfortunately, failure to arrive on the booking date specified will result in the cancellation of your booking and will incur a charge equal to the booking’s accommodation cost.
Damages:
We hope you treat our hotel like your home, enjoy the facilities and appreciate the love and planning that has gone into our venue. Every registered guest is personally liable for all charges and remain liable for all damages of the room or property therein, or any discrepancies during their stay, due to actions of themselves or their guests.
